Yes. Every prescriber on the DiverseMeds platform is a U.S. board-certified physician licensed in your state. Your care is directed by clinicians, never by algorithms alone.
Not always. Your board-certified provider will review your medical history, current health, and treatment goals to determine whether laboratory testing is medically appropriate. If lab work is needed, your provider will guide you through the next steps.
Once your physician approves your treatment plan, your prescription is sent to our partner pharmacy and shipped in discreet, temperature-controlled packaging — typically arriving within a few business days.
No. Prescription medications cannot be returned once they have been dispensed or shipped. If your treatment changes or you no longer need your medication, unused prescriptions are generally not eligible for a refund or return.
